Information collected automatically:

• App usage data and activity within the Services
• Device push notification tokens for delivering announcements and alerts
• Chat messages and interactions with the Riff AI assistant

Information imported from third-party platforms:

• CRM data from Lofty, including lead records, contact information, tasks, and agent profiles, where you have authorized RealOS to access your Lofty account via API

• Sync and display your Lofty CRM data within the RealOS platform
• Deliver push notifications and announcements to mobile app users
• Power the Riff AI assistant using your account context and chat history

Your data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections, access controls, and authentication requirements. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

CRM data imported from Lofty is stored only as long as necessary to provide the Services and is refreshed periodically through authorized API connections.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. If you wish to delete your account or request removal of your data, please contact us at the address below.
