Download and Install: Download the three individual plan files—New Lead, Attempting Contact, and Attempting Contact - Responded—and install them as three separate Smart Plans in your Lofty account.
Set Your Triggers: Set the plans to trigger correctly:
New Lead: Trigger automatically when a "Lead is Created."
Attempting Contact: Trigger when the "Attempting Contact" tag is applied.
Automatic Engagement Hand-off: The system handles the heavy lifting. When a lead responds to an automated text or email, the automation automatically applies the "Attempting Contact - Responded" tag for you, moving them to the final phase of the sequence.
System Activation: Once the response is detected, the system will automatically pause the automation and prompt you to move the lead to the right pipeline.
